We mourn and remember the past memories and dwell on our loss. It hurts and is painful. But we must push on. Time can never be run backwards, but we aren't suppose to go back, only forward. There aren't two ways streets in life. Time doesn't stop even though we wish it would. We're required to go on with daily living and for whatever reason, to change and move out of our comfort zone. The Lord is always there no matter what to give us strength and comfort and most of all to love us. I believe our relationship with God should be as Adam and Eve's was...being in a place of paradise, abiding in His unconditional love and being a friend to Him. Chatting with Him as you would a dear friend and sharing your thoughts, your desires and just enjoying His companionship, abiding in His love. God wants us to be complete in Him. He offers all that we have need of. He's the creator and knows what we need to be happy regardless of where we happen to be or what we're encountering. He gives the peace that passes all understanding. He's truth always. We tend to look at the problem instead of looking to the solution which is always God. Perfect peace comes from keeping your mind stayed on God, spending time with Him in His word. Enter that perfect peace, stay in that perfect peace and live freely in His love.
